UISD Launches United CARES Employee Recognition Program

United Independent School District is excited to announce the launch of the United CARES Champion Employee Recognition program, a new initiative designed to celebrate the outstanding contributions of employees who consistently go above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service to parents and the broader community. The District is proud to recognize these employees for their hard work, commitment, and dedication to making our schools better places for everyone.

The first group of honorees were recognized for their dedication and exceptional service to the district. These employees have been instrumental in ensuring that UISD schools are welcoming, safe, and supportive environments for students, staff, and parents alike. The District extends their heartfelt congratulations to the following United CARES Champions:

  • Josefina Bravo, United Middle School

  • Melissa Granados, AHS 9th Grade

  • Melissa Alegria-Galvan, Roberto J. Santos

  • Wendy Nuñez, Freedom Elementary

UISD is truly grateful for their commitment and service. Their efforts have made a significant impact on the community, and the District thanks them for going the extra mile in all that they do. Additionally, UISD is sincerely grateful to Charlie Clark for their continued support in sponsoring this important recognition program. This initiative will continue throughout the school year, highlighting more outstanding employees who embody the values of customer service, dedication, and excellence in their roles.

UISD invites everyone to provide feedback on their experiences by using the QR codes available at campuses and departments. The community’s input helps the District continue to improve and serve them better.
