Outstanding UISD Employees Recognized as March United CARES Champions

A handful of deserving United ISD employees received a special surprise, Friday morning. UISD administrators visited different District campuses and buildings to celebrate the March United CARES Champion Employees.

In partnership with Dr. CC’s Tooth Factory, this recognition program shines a spotlight on outstanding employees who consistently go above and beyond in everything they do. “Their hard work and commitment truly make a difference, and we are proud to honor them for the positive impact they have on our entire school community,” said Superintendent, Dr. Gerardo Cruz.  These dedicated employees have been instrumental in fostering a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment for students, staff, and parents. 

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the following United CARES Champions for March:

• Sara Gutierrez, Office Aide at Cuellar Elementary

• Mario Gonzalez, Fixed Assets Officer

• Cynthia Lugo, Principal's Secretary at Juarez Lincoln Elementary

• Jessica Pedroza, Office Aide at Salvador Garcia Middle School

Each honoree received a special banner to proudly display, a goodie bag and a gift card, courtesy of our recognition program sponsor, Dr. CC’s Tooth Factory.
