Grants Submitted Independently of the Grants Administration Department
Notice of all grant applications submitted to benefit the UISD students, staff, classrooms, libraries, campuses, or facilities must be provided to the Grants Administration Department. This can be done by providing written notice to the Grants Administration Department at GrantsInfo@uisd.net that a teacher, principal, director, or other employee will be independently submitting their application. Assistance with applications may be provided by Grants Administration Department on request, subject to available time constraints. It is the responsibility of the applicant and campus principal to ensure that written notice is provided in a timely manner. When a grant is funded, the completed form (previously submitted) will be noted with the date and amount of the grant, and a copy sent to Grants Administration Department.
