The Construction Management Department is responsible for project planning and coordinating design and construction activities for all district projects.
To provide a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning for all occupants.
Driven by student population growth, United Independent School District is registering approximately 2,000 new students per year; ranking as one of the fastest growing school districts in Texas. With every Construction Bond passed, the Construction Management Department works closely and collectively with the District Students, parents, citizen committee members and administrative staff to outline a building program that reflects the needs and vision to create the best environment for teaching and learning.
The following outline of successfully passed construction bonds dating back to the district’s inception have allowed construction of (4) High Schools, (9) Middle Schools, (26) Elementary Schools, various additions, remodels and support facilities.
