The Instructional Television (ITV) team produces a variety of informational, educational, and promotional videos. The department livestreams all board meetings, graduations, football games, and records concerts, and special events. They produce video content for social media, such as the United ISD Student Scoop and the United ISD Week in Review news briefs, which highlight the District, and feature school, student, and employee accomplishments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and the United ISD website.

ITV is one of only a few similar departments in the country to air school district programming on local commercial television stations. These programs air weekly on KGNS (NBC), NGNS (ABC), and KXOF (FOX). Of course, United ISD ITV programs also air on the Public Access Channel (PAC).

Over the years, the ITV Department has been recognized and won numerous awards at the international, national, and state level.
